	Be familiar with basics repair tools and willing to do component and unit assembly for data storage units, PC and servers.

Additional Assets:

Able to install multiple OS (Windows Desktop and Windows Servers, Linux etc) and software programs, skills in using desktop publishing software applications such as: Microsoft Office Suite.

Have minimum high-school diploma (post-secondary education is preferred). Preference is given to applicants with formal certificate or diploma from a recognized institution.

Knowledge of stock inventory process, shipping and receiving, RMA (Return of Material Authorization) and willingness to offer assistance for warehousing.

This is a full-time or contract based opening for a Technical Sales Manager. The individual plays a highly visibile role in Synetic sales process, supporting both direct clients and Synetic's worldwide network of partners and resellers. The Technical Sales Manager serves as the central contact point for the provision of product information, quotations and pricing, receiving and processing of orders and follow up after products have shipped.

The individual is responsible for qualifying and prioritizing prospects and communicating with sales channels, resellers and partners. Goals include the efficient running of the sales process and maximizing revenue by the promotion of Synetic's products and services.

Responsibilities and key tasks:

	Provide support to direct clients and sales channels by the provision of product information and quotations
	Follows up sales opportunities with direct clients to maximize sales revenue
	Maintains relationships with key channel partners to ensure that sales targets are met
	Provides management information to senior staff to support the setting of strategic objectives
	Supports the effective shipping of goods and collection of accounts receivable
	Willing and eager to learn advanced hardware technologies with emphasis on data storage products such as; RAID Subsystems, NAS and SAN
	Be able to communicate technical related issues, products features and their applications to the client in a precise and clear manner.

This is a full-time or contract position with minimum 37.5hrs a week, a base salary plus commission with great earning potential with no limit.

This position requires the individual to have the following qualities, skills and background:

	Understanding of computer hardware specifically data storage devices and their applications. Preference is given to applicants with previous sales experience in computer, electronics and hardware components.
	Willing to face new challenges on a daily basis. Interact with top level IT professionals from different organizations, government, mid-size and large corporations.
	Patient enough to grow with the company and learn many aspects of day-to-day internal operations.
	Have good human and public relation skills. Be a good communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing technical and business correspondence. Good typing is an asset.
	Have analytical abilities with systematic and logical approach in identifying proper solution/s for the client. This can be obtained with understanding and learning complete products specs, as well as working closely with the engineers and other staff.
	Can take educated initiative, be self-disciplined and enthusiastic about this area of hardware and data storage related sales and support.
	Have skills in Desktop Publishing Software Applications such as; Microsoft Office Suite and PhotoShop and basic Webpage design, etc.
	Have post-secondary education related to the IT management field or a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills. Preference is given to applicants with formal certificate or diploma.
