Who is an OEM Client for Synetic? 

An OEM client is considered to be a Systems Integrator/Builder, VAR, Reseller, Consultant and an End-Users with special project/application.  It is assumed that OEM clients have enough expertise in dealing with the hardware components and can easily, and with minor assistance, find the best setting and installation methods for the OEM products. The technical support offered by Synetic Inc. is very limited for the OEM products.

1. Sales for OEM products are final. OEM Products are sold on trial basis with one piece sample at first and then more quantities after the first purchase. Some may need advance payment and two weeks wait. Synetic does not offer any return option, refund or credit other than cases when the product is defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival).
   
   
2. All additional benchmarking and testing should be done by the resellers, VARs and System integrators. In some cases, Synetic will offer special reward and bonus for the test report done by a client.
   
   
3. The price posted for OEM products are retail prices based on the single item sale and do not represent the quantity purchase pricing by the OEM clients.
   
   
4. All OEM products have been rigorously tested at the engineering level and they fully conform and comply with the IEEE, ISA and ISO standards.
   
   
5. Synetic can only provide basic technical support for the OEM products.
   
   
6. MQ stands for the Minimum Quantity required to purchase a particular product
